We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination:

  • Canada: 7-10 business days, starting at $15.99
  • Europe: 10-15 business days, starting at $24.99
  • Asia/Pacific: 12-18 business days, starting at $29.99
  • Other regions: Contact us for rates and delivery times

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent once your order ships
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on:

  • Our website using your order number
  • The carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for express or overnight shipping
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for special arrangements)
  • Countries under trade embargo

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery:

  • Lost packages: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • Damaged packages: Refuse delivery or take photos and contact us immediately
  • Incorrect address: Verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Address Changes

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify addresses before the order ships. Once shipped, address changes must be made through the carrier.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), please allow extra time for processing and shipping. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your needed delivery date during holidays.
