Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or damaged shoes
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Socks and insoles (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized products

How to Return an Item

  2. Receive Return Label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Pack Your Items: Place items in original packaging, attach the return label
  4. Ship Your Return: Drop off at any authorized carrier location
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery:

  • Contact us to initiate an exchange
  • We'll send the new item as soon as your return is processed
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, pay the difference
  • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we'll refund the difference

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Store credit or check mailed within 7 business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Wrong Item Received
