Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or damaged shoes
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Socks and insoles (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Customized or personalized products
How to Return an Item

- Receive Return Label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack Your Items: Place items in original packaging, attach the return label
- Ship Your Return: Drop off at any authorized carrier location
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery:
- Contact us to initiate an exchange
- We'll send the new item as soon as your return is processed
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, pay the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we'll refund the difference
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Store credit or check mailed within 7 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping)
- You may be asked to return the damaged item
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll send the correct item immediately
- Provide a prepaid label to return the wrong item
- No cost to you for our mistake
International Returns
International returns are accepted within 30 days:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using trackable shipping
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Refund processed after item is received and inspected
